You might try posting pictures of the poo in the Emergencies forum www.backyardchickens.com/f/10/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures do give them probiotics and egg etc as has been suggested, chicks stressed from shipping sometimes have odd poo for a couple of days, so it may not be anything to worry about if they are all acting happy and energetic now.
