That last toe on this inside? It's bent and had a piece of skin folded next to it. I've never noticed it before.

Probably just something that happened during incubation. You out to see my one Brahma hens feet and toes, I have to clean her feet 1X a week because she had bumble foot. Now talk about some weird looking toes. I wouldn't worry about Pear's .
