Is this normal?

    Black Rock, I've tried sudocrem but no change, have just bathed her in Epsom salts. Is this normal? Can't find any mites and eating and drinking well. Thank you

    She is one and a half years old. Is fed layers pellets plus treats and is fully free range, acres and acres plus woodland she sleeps in a green frog designs coop. Which is cleaned and diatomed weekly.
