Is this ok as a treat for my chickens?

Saw this parrot food last night clearanced for 2 bucks at Walmart. Would it be ok to mix with some scratch grains for my chickens as a little treat for them? Im assuming it would be fine but just want to be 100% sure..

I don't give anything to my birds/animals with yellow #5 or red #40 in it, or consume it myself.

Fine as a treat. I do not feed it to my parrot except as a treat, either. Under 10% of their food = treat.
