I think it's too early to see for sure. Give it a couple weeks... and stance isn't a good way to judge gender either. The feathering seems to be female; roos get feathers later.
If your talking about a little bump on the back of the leg I hope it doesn't mean roo. I'm brooding my third set of chicks in the last couple years and just noticed they all have them. I'm thinking over half are roos but not all of them.
Looks like everyone who voted Roo was probably right. He's four weeks now and his feather development is quite a bit slower but his comb growth is outpacing my others by a wide margin. Also noticed that he's starting to develop his wattles. Had a hard time getting him to sit still to get a pic of his wattles but these are his newest pics
well i posted pix of my ISA browns on here a while ago and got told it was definately a ROO for the first 2 - 3 weeks.
Now according to recent posts its a definate hen....
I've been waiting and waiting so that I can announce what the result is!.... (I think Hen at this point)
(they are only 10 weeks old tomorrow... so I think we will be waiting for a while yet!!)
Edit: OoO new pix! Funny thing about my ISA brown... it had a bigger comb than that at 4 weeks... and I still think it's a female now! (I am not saying that yours isn't a rooster though!
I'm still hoping for a hen since we're in the city and aren't really supposed to have roosters... So I hope I'm wrong because he's definitely my favorite of the bunch! And if he is a roo I hope he's freakishly quiet so I can keep him
I think he's going to be such a handsome boy if he is a rooster. His feathers that are coming in are an absolutely gorgeous golden color.
