I think she's kind of cute looking, and it doesn't seem to be problematic, but I would like to know what this is.

I would be surprised if it is dwarfism, she is growing in line with the other Partridge Chantecler chicks we bought. She is only subtly different at a glance, because her beak slopes down more quickly.

Maybe or maybe not. Actually, I see that on some that are developing cross-beak. Thyrogenic dwarfism doesn't become apparent until about 3-4 weeks of age and even then, it can be subtle, but it gets more obvious over time. Could just be a defect in that one chick. You'd have to see how she does as she grows, if she continues at the same rate as the other chicks. And check out my article on this type of dwarfism for photos of dwarfs I've had here. It's not just a small bird, not this type that produces a parrot beak.

I once had a chick who was always MUCH smaller than her siblings. She had parrot beak so I’d always soak her feed so she could eat it better. Though sadly she died after two weeks of living. I miss her everyday.
Good luck!
