Is this pasty butt?

I have a week old Cornish whose bum looks icky. I cleaned it up yesterday and it's worse today. But the anus looks clear. It's almost like it's just laying in poop? Looking for a second opinion.

If anus is clear mor than likely it has diarrhea eventually if not kept clean my cause pasty butt. Pasty but is normally when the poo covers the butt and they can’t poo. How old is the chick?

Keep it clean, lots of water and you may ant to do probiotics and electrolytes it should stop soon.
