these guys r a week old, this one has a large hard pice of poo right under her vent, she can still poo i think but should i wash this out?

Yes, wash it off with warm soapy water. do not pull it offor you will make her bleed. Soak it to loosen it,a nd check the rest of the chicks daily for the next few days. Even if she is still pooing now, it will plug up and she will die. Good thing you caught it in time
