Is this peacock a silver Pied?

You'll get whites, pied split to white eye, and maybe some dark pied/ dark silver pied. Unless the pied bird is also carrying a white eye gene you won't get any silver pieds. To be a silver pied a bird must have 2 copies of the white eye gene.
 
Today there are different types of silver pied.
How to define 'silver pied'?
A long time ago it was 95% white and the rest the color. We did not even talk about the color silver!
Today a silver pied can be = white eyes (almost all feathers) + silver feather on the saddle (in the male) and 80% white.
