We noticed about a week ago this girls comb had a piece missing and a bit of blood. We sprayed some vet Vetericyn, a couple days ago a bit more and today it looks like this. Any ideas what it is and how we can treat it? She seems to be eating, drinking and interacting as normal.

It looks like pecking to me. She's either low on the pecking order, or they need more space to get away from the aggressor. As far as treating, the vetricyn is good. Consider trying blukote, or no pick. They change the color and make the wound less appealing to further picking. If left open it will invite further damage. Watch their interaction, if one is overly aggressive, it may be time for a chicken time out.
