IS this pen good for Broody mother and chicks?

I am looking to purchase this chicken pen from craigslist http://albanyga.craigslist.org/grd/3001879848.html and was wanting to know if anyone can spot any problems with it. I would ad a roof to it. What other problems do you see with it? Also, is it okay to have a wire floor like this one for the momma hen and chicks?

I would add some sort of box at the end they can go into and feel safe. The wire might be hard on the little feet too. Mama should be ok, but the babies will have a hard time (maybe add cardboard for a couple weeks on the floor)
