I just got her today and the seller did not know the breed, but said she is very young. I'm presuming it's a mix, but I am not sure. She is very sweet. I'm sorry about how the pictures are and my hand, so I understand if you can't tell from the pictures.

I would say rarish but becoming more popular because they are so beautiful. they are defintilty GREAT birds. just like mille fluer duccles, just a different color. Hope you enjoy her!

Yep, porcelain D'Uccle. D'Uccle is the breed porcelain, mille fleur, mottled, white, self blue, golden neck etc are the varieties.
