Is this poop normal or do my chickens have worms?

I’ve spotted a few of these and I’m not sure what it means :/

It could be coccidiosis or worms if you see the red blood or intestinal shed often. Taking some poop samples to the vet could be helpful, so they can look at it for worm larvae.

Unfortunately due to the whole COVID-19 lockdown vet that serves chickens here is closed

I saw one of my chickens poop this out today (first pic as it was, second is after spreading it with cardboard)

The particular chicken that pooped it pooped it out seems to open her mouth a lot to breathe and also gets tired easily (closing eyes while standing and moves slower than her siblings)

Can you get any medicines either by calling your vet, or buying from a feed store or online, to treat for coccidiosis? Amprollium is the easiest to get in some countries, then toltrazuril, or sulfa antibiotics of different names (sulfamethazine, sulfadimidine, sulfadimethoxine.) I would try to get one of those and start treatment. Probiotics (or plain yourt or buttermilk) if you cannot get them would be good to mix in with small amounts of food to help them fight off diseases.

I have medicine for coccidiosis (Axylin) but I used it a week ago on them, not sure if it’s ok to use it again right away
