Unfortunately due to the whole COVID-19 lockdown vet that serves chickens here is closedIt could be coccidiosis or worms if you see the red blood or intestinal shed often. Taking some poop samples to the vet could be helpful, so they can look at it for worm larvae.
I have medicine for coccidiosis (Axylin) but I used it a week ago on them, not sure if it’s ok to use it again right awayCan you get any medicines either by calling your vet, or buying from a feed store or online, to treat for coccidiosis? Amprollium is the easiest to get in some countries, then toltrazuril, or sulfa antibiotics of different names (sulfamethazine, sulfadimidine, sulfadimethoxine.) I would try to get one of those and start treatment. Probiotics (or plain yourt or buttermilk) if you cannot get them would be good to mix in with small amounts of food to help them fight off diseases.
