Hello , I've noticed my chickens poop is looking different. They all seem fine but this doesn't look like the regular. Is this normal looking ?

Yes that is a normal cecal dropping.

I just switched the feed from producers pride layer mix to dumor layer. They also get treats and kitchen scraps often.

Cecal poops occur once or twice a day, and come from the 2 ceca located between the small and large intestines. They ferment the food and pass it along. It can be different colors, but it is runny and sticky with a stronger odor. Here is some info about it:
