I took her to the vet and she had a resperatory infection and they gave me antibiotics. So today was the first day she felt way better and acted like herself. I was told she was underweight so I'm not aure what to do to help her gain weight. This was her poop before the antibioticsIt can be just watery poop from drinking a lot of water or watery fruits and things. Does she have symptoms of anything else? Molting itself can present in many strange symptoms though.
Probiotics will help clear up any minor bacterial things in her digestive tract, thus clearing up diarrhea. We use Hydro Hen in the baby chicks' water for that, but for old ones Greek yogurt or fermented feed are two things very high in probiotics.
Glad to hear she's feeling better. Be sure to follow up those antibiotics with probiotics though for a good week or two.I took her to the vet and she had a resperatory infection and they gave me antibiotics.
