Is this poop or regurgitation?

I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. This was in my coop today. They have sand in the coop which is why it's so gritty, but it looks like a big splat of clear to whitish thick liquid and I don't know what it is, who it came out of, or what I should do about it. I've seen some runny stool, too, but it's so hot here that I'm not sure it's not just high water intake as I don't see any blood or anything. I've seen everyone eat today and nobody seems sluggish or sick. I'm not good at crop feeling, but I've been trying. One I felt today seemed kind of water-balloonish, I guess. My chicks are about ten weeks and going through what seems like a teenage phase where they don't want to hang out with me and be touched much except one girl, so I've been trying to to stress anyone unnecessarily (because of the heat). I'm doing everything I can- fan, ice water, spritzing their feet/legs with a cold water bottle, leaving frozen water bottles next to a box they have so they can lay next to it, etc. Can anyone tell me what this could be?

I can relate to the heat as well, not to mention humidity. It's not uncommon during constant hot temps to see abnormal looking feces. Birds drink alot of water in hot temps and you'll occasionally see runny feces, no matter the color as long as there isnt any blood. Sand helps soak it up and it's fairly easy to clean up. I have sand in the coops, pens and most nest boxes.
It sounds like you're doing a good job trying to keep your birds cool. Keep up the good work.

I have fans running inside the coop and pens; pens during the day, coops at night blowing air out a vent, indirect air flow comes in through the other vents. You dont want direct airflow blowing on your birds.
I added plastic containers of water along with the regular hanging waterers in the pens. I put frozen plastic reusable water bottles in the containers around noon time each day. That's when the outside heat starts to crank up towards upper 90's/100.
We've had a nice break from the heat this past week, only in the upper 80's and egg production picked up significantly.
However, we're back in the furnace this coming week.

Thank you for the reassurance
