Is this poultry egg incubator automatic?

I bought this egg incubator from China and it was pretty cheap. the advert said it's was fully automatic.

While it does turn the eggs side to side it never flips them.

Is that enough or do I still have to flip them 3 times a day by hand?

Eggs don't need to be "flipped". All turners turn the eggs from side to side. As long as you can tell the turner is working you are good to go.
