How many chicks are you planning on keeping? It looks like a 4x4 so you are okay with no more than 4 birds. That is a similar design that I looked at and then changed my mind to 4x6 then changed my mind again to 5x8 with a 10x10 run for my 5 EE's and 3 silkies. I only stopped there because it is all the space available and I have neighbors, so I have specific guidelines I have to follow. Go bigger if permitted and if $$ available. . .

Thats my thoughts we were building but it is adding up to fast and for the price and not having to listen to dh go through another build I'm thinking easier.

It is a 4x 6 but it is not my only coop I have 9 birds 2 coops one is inside with 6 weeker and the others 8 are outside in a coop with a run. attached to this 4x6 will be a all season run that is 5x3. They also free range on 7 acres allday 7 am-6-7 pm.

Assuming that the construction is quality then I don't think you can go wrong. It seems very reasonably priced especially considering the labor cost alone. I noticed that it's made of real plywood (at least in this pic) which is a good sign of a quality build.
