Is this really an isbar?

This Little one is a splash isbar. Still waiting on the splash tho at 6 weeks. I can see a few marks coming in but not much. Is it really as isbar you think? Also, can you tell gender yet?

I have one also they came from Greenfire Farms he is a for sure cockerel he is older now and Snow White he is the only cockerel in the bunch to so I will have to use him as a breeder. Is this a normal color for these guys I can't find much on them. There is a splash behind him and a Barnevelder to his left.
 
I have had black, blue, and splash Isbars...for a short time. The line I was working with was overly in bred, so I got chicks with twisted toes and health issues. Everyone died an early death.

They should have grey or black legs. The eye color is correct.

Can't say much else. Could be an Isbar. And yes, it looks to be a rooster.

Isbars are lovely birds, when you can get them not to have inbreeding problems.

My Isbar-Marans is a lovely hen with great personality that comes from the Isbar line.
