Is this Red a pullet?

Hi All,
I am new to chickens and am not sure if this is a cockerel or pullet. Also, not sure if it a Rhode Island Red or New Hampshire Red. I would love any ideas.

It is indeed a Red not a NH. And a well bred one as well. Look at the rich color of the feather, the deep, dark horn on the beak, those are trade marks of the Red. Love the body type as well.

Screams pullet, but a side view would be nice.

It's a pullet - not a New Hampshire - probably a RIR.

Yup a pullet. However, from this photo, one can see that she is indeed a production red/hatchery RIR. For a backyard egg layer? She's do very well for you.
