So, I found this in the place they sleep when I went to open their coop this morning. To me, it looks like an immature egg but I don’t know if I should be worried about it...

I'm not really the person to help you, but it just looks like a soft shelled egg to me.
Can you give them some extra calcium?
Do you have any new pullets that are starting to lay?

Well they get oyster shell grit on top of their normal feed but they have been laying for a a few months now
 
I think it might of been from our one broody hen because she doesn’t seem broody anymore and I think she is over her brood Ines for a bit??
If she just started laying again, it's fairly common.
Newly laying pullets and older birds coming back into lay after being broody or after the molting/winter break to have a few start up glitches.
