I haven't noticed any blood or worms in this poop, but there are signs that multiple of my hens have it, as there are multiple dropping like this. I want to be sure before I add apple cider vinegar to their water as a sort of treatment. Also, if anyone has any other cures, please let me know !

No worms in the pictures, but a bit of runny poops and stringy white urates. You could go ahead and worm with Valbazen or Safeguard liquid wormer or horse paste which treats most worms except for the more rare tapeworms. You could talk your vet into doing a fecal float, but most will not do them unless they see the chicken. ACV is not necessary for chickens and it will not worm them or prevent coccidiosis. Been there done that many years ago, and I just use clean fresh water every day.

How much scratch and corn do you give?
Have they had any fruits or veggies lately?
Is it hot there?
I give them a little scoop of corn and scratch per day that I like to spread out while they free range. I have given two of my chickens grapes recently, but that's it for fruits and vegetables. The hottest it's been recently is high 60s, but the heat did come on very fast.

Thank you ! I will definitely go by my local tractor supply and pick up some safeguard liquid wormer !

I would definitely reduce that out to only once or twice a week.
