I'm super allergic to that big ball of heat

Literally? Because I actually developed a sun allergy in my 20's. It's pretty rough.

Also, sun protection doesn't have to be a massive PITA. I use an unscented baby wipe to "wash" my face, then Olay Complete (which is only SPF 15 and more like a moisturizer). Cute floppy hat, UV mesh hoodie, and I'm good. I'd know if this wasn't enough because the sun will make me look like a leper.

I've had plenty of coffee already and still feel the same.
Luckily I have a gen alpha kid so Skibidi, Rizz and only in Ohio seem outdated. I've moved on to Shedletsky, Killers, Coolkid and 1x1x1x1

No I'm not actually allergic, just dramatic, but I do know a lady who used to have these big red welts and burns from being in the sun, she described it as an allergy but later on she started taking zinc and now she's able to go in the sun again.

I'm sure it's worth it not to have an allergic reaction though. I do try to wear hats but having a big head makes that really difficult

I've never heard of the zinc thing. I'll have to look into it, so thanks for the tip!

Same, though last Year I finally found out what it would take for me to Sunburn. I went to an Air Show and sat/stood on Tarmac in the middle of June for 8 Hours.

Always "yes please" and "no thank" you for me! Though my parents tried to make us use "ma'am" and "sir" as kids. It never stuck, though my maternal grandparents are from Kentucky. The grandparents call us "ma'am" or "miss" all the time.

I'm the least generation Z "zoomer" you're going to meet. I'm 20, married, financially, spiritually and mentally stable and expecting a child, if that gives you a good enough idea. Others in my generation (usually the ones that are my age or younger, not the much older ones) tend to annoy me with their relative lack of intelligence and aversion to objective truths and reality. Too much social media, too much "affirmation" making kids go soft. Gen Alpha terminology? Drives me up the wall and makes me feel like an old grump. "Arg, have you no shred of respect for yourselves or others, *grump grump grump gnashing of teeth*". Actually, most of my views about "kids these days" make me feel like an old grump! Makes it a bit difficult to make friends of similar mindsets. I was also homeschooled, so that probably explains a lot, lol. Can't wait to see how different my kids turn out than the rest of gen Beta.
ALSO, I grew up in Ohio, and it's way better than almost anywhere that I've ever visited. So keep hating Ohio, because Ohioans are glad to keep it to themselves!

My kids are well behaved, and polite. We’re in the south, and heavy with please and thank you. Ma’am and sirs. I don’t do the “make them hug someone even a family member” if they don’t want to. That’s ridiculous in my opinion. And my kids aren’t on social media, but they do/have picked up things that confusing me. What does skibidi mean? What’s the difference between rizz and drip? And What did Ohio do???
