SoIt's hard to say from a picture... did they have good droppings when you bought them? Often times pigeons will get bad droppings from stress (a new home is stressful), hot weather, and a diet/food change. What exactly are you feeding them? Also, do the droppings have a very bad smell to them?

If they are eating normally, and have a healthy weight, I would wait a couple days and see if things return to normal. Hopefully it's just some stress and things will calm down.So
