Is this salpingitis pus or deform egg? What treatment needed to fix this?

Hello,
Please help
My hen Minty is almost 2 years old. Had not lay egg since August 2024. She is a mix of Isa Brown and Wyandotte

Minty eats, drinks and does her normal chicken thing.
Recently she has been a bit quiet, but still does her usual stuff.

A few days ago, in her poop it has something look like a bit of fat but round, then the next day more of it.

This morning I found this as per photos.
The tiny piece is eggshell, this lump is covered in egg shell and the inside look yellow.

Is this a deform egg?
What is this reproductive illness?
What can I treat her with?

That appears to be a small lash egg, caused by salpingitis (inflammation of the oviduct.) Here is a good article with pictures of more lash eggs:

I will go ahead and treat her with Amoxicillin as per your advise in other posts of salpingitis.
