Is this scaly leg mite on my rooster?

The scales just appear to be curving a little bit upward, He has no problem walking and runs areound and lives just fine tho

Could you wash off the feet and take another picture? Having trouble telling from that pic.


You can also go into the coop at night to see if you see any mites with a flashlight.
