Is this scaly leg mites?

My 1.5 year old BO hen has very red legs/feet again, especially in the crevices. She has had scaly legs in the past and I treated it. The scales don't appear too raised like they were last time to me but perhaps you all will have some advice. Should I treat this? Thank you all very much.

Thanks. The redness had me worried. Her legs always tend to be red in the crevices but seemed more so lately. Perhaps with the cold weather here.
