Is this shrink wrapped?

Could someone please tell me if this looks like shrink wrap or not? This is a duck. 2nd picture is after I put Vaseline on the membrane.

I think I got my answer, not shrink wrapped

That baby is not shrink raped the membrane goes yellow and putting vaseline on will not make it look any different
What breed is baby??

It’s supposed to be an Indian Runner. My plan is to apply Vaseline every few hours and wait for the blood vessels to recede. I sure hope it makes it.

This duckling hatched with assistance and is now a healthy 9 week old drake. He was tiny and not super mobile the first few days, so I’m guessing that’s why he couldn’t hatch on his own.
