I have quite a few silkies and to tell you the truth, the only way I can tell who is who is when I catch them crowing and they really do like to crow !!

The ear lobes do not seem to give them away, the combs do not seem to give them away, only the crowing.

Looks like a pullet to me too. The crest is sometimes helpful and since hers is round and poofy (and without any streamers), she looks like a girl.
