Is this silkie a hen or roo?

So I'm going to be picking up some Silkies soon and I really like this one but they do not know the gender of it. Do you guys have any ideas from the pictures?

It's looking Luke a pullet. Do you know the age? Could you ask them to send pictures of the front of the head, crest pulled back? They might, since you are interested in getting it.
