In my experience, the hens are often smaller with more rounded tail feathers. Males are bigger with "pointier" tails and fluffier legs. Males will develop combs earlier too. It's still pretty hard to tell at 6 weeks with Silkies. I couldn't really see the tail or legs in your photo. This is a 14-week old cockerel here:
