Is this something serious?

So I've recently noticed little black specks on both my BO roo and my BR hen's combs and was wondering what it could be? And if it could be associated with when my roo sneezes he runs a little from his nose - just like a little mist when he sneezes. Should I be concerned with either problem? Should I put them all on some antibiotics just to be on the safe side? Suggestions, please and thank you!

Could be dry form fowl pox. There is no treatment, but you need to vaccinate the flock to keep it from spreading and quarantine the birds showing signs. If you have a lot of mosquitoes in your area, you might consider vaccinating any birds you add to your flock. It can spread from bird to bird or by mosquitoes.

We do have a lot of mosquitos in our area, I will certianly look into this! Thank you.
Would the misty sneezing also come from this?
