Is this sour crop in my hen?

3 days ago I got a new silkie hen. I have been quarantining her and just noticed when I felt her crop is felt pretty squishy. I’ll have to check how big it is. There is also no smell coming from it (Just musty chicken of course) I had my OEGB hen have a squishy crop for a bit once and she was fine. There was also no smell. Ideas? Should I be worried?

Check her crop early in the morning and see if its empty.
