I was able to flush out my baby pigeon's crop with warm water and baking soda.
How have you been feeding it?For the next few days, should I feed it soft foods instead of hard seeds? Should I give Kaytee Exact handfeeding formula normally used for baby parrots, or should I mix turkey starter mash with warm water?

My point was that there was nothing wrong with the crop. It is normal for squabs (baby pigeons) to have huge crops like that. There was no reason to flush it.I was following the instructions from this video about sour crop:
