Is this Sour Crop?

My hen's crop is empty first thing in the morning but within 4/5 hours the crop is swollen and squishy (like a water balloon). This has been going on for a week or so now. This doesn't seem to be happening to my other hens.

Is this a sign of sour crop?

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

As long as it is going down, she is fine. The chickens store the food they forage/eat in their crops during the day and digest it during the night. That is why it is/should be empty in the morning. I would keep and eye on her to make sure she is acting fine otherwise, but it just sounds like normal chicken behavior.

I was just a bit worried because my other hen does not have the same squishy/swollen feel in the crop
