Is this splayed leg or not? PLEASE HELP ASAP

I need help with one of my newly hatched ayam cemanis. His leg won't come out from this position and he hops everywhere. He hatched yesterday and he peeps whenever I try to help him. It doesn't look like splayed leg, and I really want to help him. CULLING IS NOT AN OPTION. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Maybe try putting a rubber band on the legs as you would do with splayed leg, where is he staying? Whats the brooder situation?

His toes are also curled, so I'll try to treat both at the same time. Here's a picture:

He lays down sideways, too. He avoids any contact with the ground with that foot.

hmm, maybe he was just born that way. I don't know if theres anything you can do however i'm not a pro at this so maybe someone else has advice. I have a silkie that was born with a deformed foot and has grown used to it, so maybe your chick could do the same. Sorry I couldn't help good luck

Ok, thanks! I'll try it out. He seems ok, but he doesn't get around the bin much

He actually has a hip malformation, so when we tried that it hurt him and didn't do much. He is more mobile now, but I'm not sure he knows to seek food/water.
