Is this the beginning of molt?

I noticed a couple of days ago a small patch of feathers raised up on her back just before the tail. Today the spot is larger, I suspect it’s her going into molt? It’s a first for both of us lol

No rooster just 3 other hens and she’s the alpha hen

Well it doesn’t really look like molt. I guess something just ruffled her feathers... literally!

She’s 13 months
I did take a peek at the area and her skin is not red or anything, no sign of mites/lice/fleas, but some of the feathers are very short and look almost broken off

The little flecks in her feathers are scratch, had to bribe her with food
