Is this the dreaded Fowlpox?

I was checking out the chickens before sunup today and saw this little girl looking like this. She felt a little underweight but otherwise seems fine, if a little pissy at being snatched off her perch before first light.

So, is this the pox and, if it is, what can I do about it? She's in my main flock of @50 birds but I have her quarantined right now.

It does not look like pox to me, but is something that needs to be watched.
