Is this the right kind of calcium?

Hello there, I have a chickipoo that I believe is egg bound. She is lethargic and lays down sometimes, and is then up, eating and moving other times. In case she is egg bound, I ordered some liquid citrate. I got it today, and it says it also has magnesium. Is this going to be olk for her?

Oyster shells for calcium and if she’s egg bound she needs a warm bath with epson salt for about 10 to 15 minutes after the bath I crush up some Tums and let her eat them. Works every time for me

Update and pics:
She was doing better for a few days after some calcium, but this is how I just found her. Does it look like there is something yellow (like yolk) on her bum? She is alive, btw, juat hiding her head. Why? Help appreciated.

The feed store, or online.
You rarely have to give chickens antibiotics but this is something that needs it.

Oh I agree, thanks for the info. If I can't get it today ( I will do my best), will tomorrow be too late? Also, why is she hiding her head? I'm assuming she feels bad...
