Is this the start of a pea comb?

One of my chicks, that I'm thinking may be a pullet is getting a lumpy pink comb. It's 3ish weeks old. I don't know what breed it is. S(he?) has the most feathers of all my chicks from this brood and is the calmest one too.

Compared to this guy, who only has the tips of his wings and a reddening comb andwaddle. II'm 99% sure this one is a roo.

I would think they are both roos but I'm no expert. My three EE'ers are 5 weeks old and do not have a comb anywhere near that size.

Here are mine and they are 5 weeks today.
