Is this the start of bumblefoot?

Hi!
My other drake River had a cut on his foot. We sprayed iodine on it and he seemed better so we backed off spraying. I decided to catch him today and check. Now it’s a bit swollen and looks a little like bumblefoot. It doesn’t appear to have a core and is pretty soft. The second pic is the one that has starting bumblefoot. The first you can see a few cuts and maybe in very early stages of bumblefoot. What should I do?

It looks as if he is walking on something that is injuring his feet. The second picture does look like bumblefoot.

Yeah it does but I can’t figure out what they are stepping on.. there is two stumps from some dead fruit trees I’ll cut those out see if that helps.
What should I do to help him? I’ve heard that sometimes in the early stages you can give them antibiotics..
