Is this true about ACV and breeding...?

I heard that giving the birds apple cider viniger before and during the time you start collecting eggs for hatching will help you hatch out more females than males. Something about the ACV makes it harder for the male sperm to live because of the acidity.

Last year I was giving ACV to my brahmas during breeding, and I did hatch out lots of females and hardly any males. Then I hatched another large batch after I stopped the ACV, and there was way more males and the ACV batches.
