Is this type of bloody egg normal?

I've seen posts of bloody eggs but this one has a bloody string. Is this normal or should I be concerned about one of my hens health?

It's not uncommon.
Pic isn't very clear or well lit, but looks like a decent sized blood spot.
As long as she is eating/drinking/pooping/moving around OK, I'd not worry.

Blood spots are from a blood vessel breaking when ova is released from follicle.
Meat spots are from a tiny piece of tissue breaking loose from the reproductive tract.
