My friend has this hen and she asked me if I knew what was wrong with her. I have never seen this, but thought it might be upper respiratory. She said she has mucas coming from her nostrils and this white stuff is mucassy. What can she buy and give her for this?

Bubbly eyes with mucous can be a sign of Mycoplasma which is a respiratory disease, but would be hard to know for sure without testing.

General care is to flush the eyes with saline, press out any pus, debris or bubbles, then apply an eye ointment in the eye like Terramycin 2-3 times a day.
An antibiotic like Tylan/Tylosin is often used to treat symptoms as well. (the eyes still need to cleaned and treated daily)
