The picture is not very clear, can't really see it well, but it looks like it might be a malformed softshelled egg. Those can be very hard for them to pass. If you can get a better picture, pull the feathers back, it might help. If you have some calcium citrate +D give her one of those (human ones) or a tums. The calcium will help with contractions. You may be able to hold on to it and pull gently and consistently (don't pull hard and don't yank) and help her to pass it. If it won't come, don't force it. The calcium may help her to pass it. If it's not egg material, then definitely need better pictures. If it is, once she passes it she will probably perk up some. Do they have access to oyster shell all the time for calcium? This could be a one time glitch, or could be an indication she's developing a problem if it persists. Birds going into or out of lay due to molt will sometimes have glitches. How old is she?

She’s about a year old now. This morning she doesn’t have anything hanging out and is moving and acting normal. Super strange. I don’t see anything anywhere that she could of pushed out so maybe there’s still a problem

If she's fine this morning, then I would agree with @coach723 that it may have been an egg membrane hanging out. I would leave her be and just observe her for a couple of days.
A membrane would have been eaten quickly when expelled, so likely you would have had to be present to determine if that's what it was or not.

If you see something like that again, it would be a good idea to go ahead and gather up your hen and inspect her more closely right then and there.
