Is this vent gleet

She is doing ok. Got the poop blob off her bottom and trimmed back feathers. Sprayed some miconazole in the skin. She is pecking at feathers on neck so think it may well be lice/mites. Are they generally easy to see? Never had problem before. I will apply med to whole flock tomorrow. Wondering if I should just go ahead and deworm too?

You should be able to see lice moving about.
Mites are harder to see, most mainly live in the housing in nooks/crannies and come out to feed at night.
