Is this vent gleet?

Hi All, my first year with chickens and my less than 1 year old Buff Orpingtons vent is looking like this for the last week. Is it vent gleet? No odor, no white oozing, just bloody at the top of vent and therefore causing a lot more dirt sticking to the area. Looking for advice on whether or not I need to treat? If so, would I start with ACV in the water and offer yogurt? Thanks in advance!

No none, and I have not actively seen pecking.
