Is this what I think it is ? Rhode Island Red.

I THINK I have a rooster then again, I'm a city boy. She / he is 6 months old. Haven't heard a single crow yet but she / he sure looks like a rooster to me. What do you think? green tail feather but no green near the neck. just some white spots on neck.
