Is this White Bantam Leghorn a roo? "He" started half crowing this morning...

Does this look like a bantam rooster to you? I am new to raising birds and "she" started half crowing this morning. If it is a rooster that is a complete shock to me, it is the kindest and most friendly of our birds. The bird is about 4-5 months old.
Although if it is indeed a rooster it does explain a bit. Thanks!
 
Yes, he's definitly a rooster, but a very pretty one! You can tell that he's a rooster because he crows, has bright red comb and wattles, and has long and pointy tail feathers.
 
This is tough for me. I think I see saddle feathers. My large fowl white leghorn pullets have a couple of curved feathers too, they are 16-17 weeks old. But I think that crow is a definate sign. I don't know the difference between bantams and large fowl are, besides size.
 
Here is my 15 wk old white leghorn pullet (young hen) so I am pretty sure that's a rooster...

Mine are around 17-18 weeks old today, at least the oldest ones I guess. These are the 3 oldest in my flock. They are pullets. The other 2 leghorns look similar to yours.
