Help! I’m grossed out, is this worms?

No. There are no worms in that poop. However, the poop indicates there may be an infection. No action is required at this time, but you need to keep an eye on the chicken that produced it. Watch for any sign of lethargy in addition to that poop recurring.

How old is the chicken? I do not see any worms, but the blood could be caused by coccidiosis or worms. Can you call your vet and ask if you could be this or another specimen in for a fecal float?
